We are located in Livingston County and are a high-growth professional firm that provides services to clients locally and around the country.
We are adding an Executive Administrative Assistant to our team to manage all administrative functions for the Company and provide direct support to the President. As the main point of contact for the Company, the Executive Administrative Assistant will need to present in a professional manner in order to make clients and visitors feel welcome. Responsibilities include answering phones, marketing support, meeting and event planning, building administration and management, running Company errands as needed, and assisting the President in various business and personal tasks. The Executive Administrative Assistant is expected to provide exceptional customer service and be willing to adapt to Company needs.

This position is 50% administrative support and 50% executive-level support and requires flexibility, discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of administrative support experience
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Professional speaking voice over the phone and in-person
• Computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
