We are looking for a TOP CSR to handle our VIP commercial clients in all aspects including but not limited to coverage review, contract review, total handling of claim matters on their behalf, and researching applicable data.
Identifying and Solving insurance needs and coverage gaps
Contract and coverage research skills
Customer focused and able to deliver delightful service and fix the occasional customer issues with grace.
Must possess experience and comfort using a variety of software including Microsoft products and agency management systems. Familiarity with Vertafore a PLUS!
